Step 1 - The consultation
Your program has already begun, it started when you clicked the link. The next step after reading this page is to make contact with me here at thoughtlounge and arrange a meeting. Although I prefer face to face, if your schedule is too busy it could be via email, Skype or face time if you'd prefer.
At this meeting we ascertain your exacting needs to create for you a day's package which is going to banish those feelings of anxiety and bring out the your natural confidence and self-beliefs, build upon them, and show you that you have more self-worth and value inside you which we will unlock.
After the consultation, we go away and prepare a tailor the full day's program for you.
Step 2 - On the day
The day will begin at 0830 with a session which includes a talking therapy session. This could be coaching, counselling or both - either way it starts with understanding you and what is that you are going to be changing and discovering why this is important to you - I am going to be finding the key to unlocking that confidence and banishing the anxiety!
Following this session, it's off to commence the day which will contain some fitness, at a pace that's right for you and exciting activities that are designed to really bring a new confidence to the front, further therapy-in-action can be utilised at any stage of the day to ensure that you succeed.
Everything you need will be provided on the day, from travel to food to clothing... Just arrive at the right time (0830) at the right place!
At the end of the day, approximately 1700 hrs, you will feel like a new person - STRONGER - CONFIDENT - RESILIENT.
Step 3 - Ongoing Support
The difference with me here at thoughtlounge is that I don't abandon you once the session has finished. I/We will offer ongoing support to ensure that you remain on-track into the future. This could include more therapy sessions or advice as needed to provide you with the very best chance of long term sustainable confidence and motivation.
